Hermosa Beach is a small South Bay coastal city of roughly 20,000 residents, sandwiched between Manhattan Beach to the north and Redondo Beach to the south along the Pacific Ocean. The city occupies just 1.4 square miles, one of the smallest footprints in Los Angeles County.
