Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

MUVE Real Estate respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit muverealestate.com or submit a form, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights California residents have under state law.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use our site.

Information you provide. When you submit a form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, property address (for valuation requests), the content of your message, and any consent preferences you indicate for text message communication.

Information collected automatically. We collect technical information about your visit, including IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit, and timestamps. We also capture advertising-attribution parameters from URLs you arrive on, including the Google Click Identifier (gclid) and UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). These parameters are stored in your browser's session storage and sent with any lead form submission so we can understand which advertising channel referred you.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up on requested services.
  • Send marketing or non-marketing text messages and emails when you have given consent.
  • Provide real estate services in connection with a transaction.
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors use it.
  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We sort the cookies and similar technologies on this site into three categories. Only the first is on by default.

  • Essential. Required for the site to work: page navigation, delivering a form you submit to our CRM, and storing your choice on this banner. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics. Pageview and engagement measurement through First Up Marketing, so we can see which pages are useful. Off unless you turn it on.
  • Marketing. Ad-attribution parameters (gclid and utm_*) captured from the URL you arrive on, as described in section 1, used to attribute enquiries to a campaign and measure its performance. Off unless you turn it on.

We do not load analytics or marketing technologies until you allow that category. You can also disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.

4. Third-party services

Information you submit through our forms is transmitted to GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. GoHighLevel stores the information and we use it to follow up with you. GoHighLevel maintains its own privacy practices.

We also use First Up Marketing for website analytics and visitor tracking. Their script collects pageview and engagement data, and loads only after you allow the Analytics category described in section 3. First Up Marketing maintains its own privacy practices.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that reports which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. It sets no cookies and stores no persistent identifiers, so it cannot be used to track you across sites or sessions. Like the above, it loads only after you allow the Analytics category described in section 3.

We may also share information with:

  • Service providers who assist with website operations and lead handling.
  • Real estate professionals working with MUVE on your transaction.
  • Government authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights under California law

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

  • The right to know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

6. Your privacy choices

Every page of this site carries a Your Privacy Choices link in the footer. It reopens the consent panel, where you can turn the Analytics and Marketing categories on or off at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately.

On your first visit we ask before loading anything beyond the essential category. If you take no action, or choose “Reject non-essential,” no analytics or marketing technology loads.

7. Data retention

We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100 percent secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top.
