Jurupa Valley

Jurupa Valley occupies the northwestern corner of Riverside County, wrapping along the Santa Ana River across from the city of Riverside and pressed against the Jurupa Mountains. Incorporated in 2011, it is one of California's youngest cities, formed by merging several long-established unincorporated communities rather than building from scratch. That history gives Jurupa Valley a very mixed character — older ranch-style neighborhoods, equestrian properties, hillside lots, and pockets of newer tract housing all sit within the same city limits. Buyers are often drawn by larger lots and a more rural-suburban feel than they will find further west in Ontario or Eastvale.
