San Pedro
San Pedro is a Harbor Area neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles occupying the western side of the Port of Los Angeles at the southern tip of the LA peninsula. The neighborhood has a long working-waterfront identity tied to the port and to the historic Croatian, Italian, and Portuguese fishing communities that settled here in the early 20th century. Housing runs from historic single-family bungalows in Vista del Oro and Point Fermin to newer townhome complexes near the redeveloping downtown waterfront and larger custom homes on the coastal bluffs above Cabrillo Beach.
