Upland
Upland is a foothill city at the western edge of San Bernardino County, organized along the historic Euclid Avenue, a 200-foot-wide boulevard laid out by the Chaffey brothers in the 1880s. Housing climbs from a historic downtown grid of Craftsman, Spanish, and Victorian homes near the Metrolink station, up through established mid-century tracts, and into the larger custom estate properties of San Antonio Heights against the San Gabriels. The Colonies at San Antonio in the northeast, and a walkable Historic Downtown core, give the city an unusual combination of new and old.
